PRECISION SPORTS RETURN/REFUND POLICY
(SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE – IF A MANUFACTURER’S POLICY CHANGES, OUR POLICY WILL CHANGE TO MATCH)
If a customer chooses to return a putting green product for any reason other than damage or poor workmanship, there will be a 25% restocking fee, due to the fact that the product will need to be unpacked, inspected, and re-packed and inventoried.
All returns must occur within 30 days from the date of purchase. It will be the responsibility of the customer to return the goods back to Precision Sports at his or her expense. All goods must be returned in new, unused, and unopened in it’s original packaging.
If packaging is received damaged during shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer to have the truck driver make note of these damages at the time of delivery in order for Precision Sports to file a damage claim. Shipments that are not reported to have arrived damaged are the responsibility of the customer. Precision Sports will not be allowed to file a claim if damage was not reported at the time of delivery and will not replace these parts.
If damaged boxes are noted at the time of delivery, and the product inside is damaged, Precision Sports will replace those parts at our expense.
Any missing boxes must be noted with the shipping company upon delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer NOT to sign off on a bill of lading prior to inventorying the number of boxes received as compared to the shipping records. Precision Sports will not be responsible for replacing missing freight that was not reported at the time of delivery.
Products do occasionally get lost and damaged by the freight companies. Your cooperation in this matter will help us keep our freight costs and inventory losses down by holding the freight companies accountable for their errors. In turn, this will help hold down our product costs.
INDOOR GOLF AND SPORTING SIMULATORS
Due to the unique nature of any indoor golf or sports simulator, Precision Sports is unable to offer return or refunds for simulator products, except when the manufacturer offers a return and/or refund policy. Used golf simulators are sold as is. There will be no returns or refunds for used golf simulators. Used golf simulators sometimes require a re-certification fee by the manufacturer, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay this fee in the event that they need support from the manufacturer. The manufacturers that we represent that offer a return/refund policy are as follows:
- SkyTrak - 30 Days of Purchase, Return in Original Packaging, Unused/Full Refund.
- TruGolf - 30 Days of Purchase, Return in Original Packaging/50% Restocking Fee.
- Power Swing - 30 Days of Purchase, Return in Original Packaging/50% Restocking Fee.
- Full Swing - 30 Days of Purchase, Return in Original Packaging/50% Restocking Fee.
- High Definition - 30 Days of Purchase, Return in Original Packaging/50% Restocking Fee.
- Sports Coach - 30 Days of Purchase, Return in Original Packaging/50% Restocking Fee.
- Used Golf Simulator - No returns or refunds. Sold as is where is, unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
- All other indoor golf and sporting simulators there will be no return and no refund.
Training Aids that are purchased from Precision Sports can be returned within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, if the return is eligible. Eligible returns must be in their original packaging and unused. Cost to return to Precision Sports is the responsibility of the customer.
The policies expressed here supersede any verbal agreements made by Precision Sports staff or agents.
